These terms explain the basic conditions for using the Mystagogy Studio website, apps, games and related digital materials.
Permitted use
Products are provided for personal, lawful use unless a separate licence states otherwise. You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, redistribute, resell or present the software or its original content as your own.
Intellectual property
Mystagogy Studio retains ownership of its software, visual identity, artwork, audio, text and other original materials. A purchase grants a limited right to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
Availability and updates
Features, compatibility and availability may change as products are improved or adapted to operating-system and platform requirements. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain supported products, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Third-party services
A product may rely on a distribution platform, device feature or third-party service. Their terms and policies also apply to those services, and Mystagogy Studio is not responsible for services outside its control.
Responsibility
