This policy explains how the Mystagogy Studio website and direct studio correspondence handle information. Published apps will also have accurate product-specific disclosures.
This website does not require an account and does not directly collect, sell or share personal information. Standard technical information may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver the site securely and reliably.
The support form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not submit the message to a website database. Information you send is used to reply, troubleshoot, provide support and maintain necessary correspondence.
A support message may include your name, email address, product name, Android version, purchase reference and details you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
Correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary for support, administration, dispute handling and legal obligations. It is not sold. It may be disclosed only to service providers needed to operate communications, when required by law, or to protect legal rights.
The website links to third-party services, including Etsy and an external portfolio. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit those services.
Mystagogy Studio does not add advertising or analytics cookies to this website. The hosting platform may use essential technologies required for security and operation.
Hosting, email and distribution providers may process technical or correspondence data in other countries under their own safeguards and contractual arrangements.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction relating to personal information held in studio correspondence, and may object where a lawful right applies.
Each published app will identify its actual permissions, data collection, sharing, security practices and deletion options. See the app privacy directory.
For a privacy request, email Mystagogy Studio and identify the product or correspondence concerned.
