For eligible Google Play purchases, begin with Google Play’s refund process. Eligibility depends on the item, timing, payment method and location. Google states that app, game and in-app purchase requests made within 48 hours may qualify; after 48 hours, users may contact the developer for assistance.
If a paid product or in-app purchase is missing, unavailable or not functioning as expected, contact support with the app name, approximate purchase date and Google Play order number. Do not send payment-card information.
If a future product offers a subscription, renewal and cancellation controls will be available through Google Play. Cancelling normally prevents future renewal; any refund remains subject to Google Play’s rules and applicable law.
Products sold through another marketplace are governed by that marketplace’s checkout and refund terms together with applicable consumer law. The relevant product listing will identify the seller and fulfilment method.
Nothing on this page limits rights or legal guarantees that cannot be waived under applicable Greek, European Union or local consumer law. Rules for digital content can depend on when delivery begins and the consent provided at checkout.
