This policy explains how information is handled in Spell Atlas, developed and published by Mystagogy Studio. Android package: com.mystagogystudio.spellatlas.
Spell Atlas does not require you to create a user account. Where applicable, app settings, saved items, history and similar preferences are stored locally on your device.
Mystagogy Studio does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the app, such as health information, biometric information or religious beliefs. You do not need to provide that information to use Spell Atlas.
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertising in the ad-supported version. AdMob may collect, share and process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic information and related device or usage data.
Google uses this information for purposes including delivering and measuring advertising, analytics, service reliability and fraud prevention, in accordance with its policies. The data processed depends on the SDK configuration, device settings and applicable privacy choices. Spell Atlas will use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow where required, including privacy consent handling for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, and other regions where applicable.
Where required, the app will present a privacy message before requesting ads and provide a privacy-options entry point to review or change your choices. Advertising and related processing will depend on your choices and applicable requirements. Non-personalized or limited ads may still involve some data processing; refusing personalized advertising does not necessarily prevent all processing.
You can also manage or reset advertising identifiers through supported Android privacy settings. For more information, see Google’s UMP information.
The app uses Google Play Billing for a one-time permanent purchase called Spell Atlas Full Unlock, with product ID spell_atlas_full_unlock. This purchase removes ads permanently; it is not a recurring subscription.
Payment and card details are processed by Google Play, not directly by Mystagogy Studio. The app may receive purchase status, product identifiers and purchase tokens needed to recognize and restore the unlock. Mystagogy Studio does not receive your full payment-card details.
Purchases may be restored through Google Play using the Google account that made the purchase, subject to the purchase remaining valid. Removing app data does not delete Google Play’s purchase records. The ad-free unlock does not remove records previously processed by Google or stop processing necessary for billing and purchase restoration.

Google Play Services / Google Play Billing: app-related platform services, purchase processing and restoration. Their handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play Terms of Service.
These providers may process and retain information on servers outside your country under their own policies and applicable safeguards. Locally stored app preferences are distinct from information processed by these services.
Locally stored app settings, saved items, history and similar preferences remain on your device until you remove them using available app controls, clear the app’s data in Android settings or uninstall the app. Device or operating-system backups, where enabled, may retain or restore copies under your backup provider’s settings and policies.
Data processed by third-party services, including advertising, consent and purchase records, is retained under those providers’ own policies and is not necessarily deleted when you uninstall Spell Atlas. Use Google’s privacy controls or contact Google for requests concerning information it holds.
If you contact Mystagogy Studio, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address and message. We use it to respond and retain correspondence only as necessary to handle your request, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations. Avoid including sensitive information or card details.
Mystagogy Studio does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, or below the age at which parental consent is required by applicable law. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to us should contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where applicable.
Third-party advertising and platform services have their own data practices, described above. Where child-protection requirements apply, advertising and data handling must follow applicable law and Google Play’s Families policies, including restrictions on personalized advertising to children. This policy does not replace the app’s Google Play age rating or target-audience information.
We seek to minimize the information needed to provide the app. Protect your device with appropriate security settings. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent or complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us about information held by Mystagogy Studio. Requests concerning Google’s processing can be made through Google’s privacy controls. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
We may update this policy when app features, third-party services or privacy practices change. The latest policy will be available on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, material changes will be brought to your attention in the app and new consent requested.
