This policy explains how information is handled in O, a paid experimental musical instrument and synthesizer developed and published by Mystagogy Studio for Android. Package: com.mystagogystudio.o.

1. Privacy Policy

Based on the current version of O, Mystagogy Studio does not collect personal data through the app.

O does not require a user account or sign-in. It contains no advertising and does not use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.

2. Information We Collect

O does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses or other directly identifying personal information.

The app does not collect personal data through its current functionality.

3. How O Works

The synthesizer is packaged locally with the Android application and operates on the user’s device.

O does not require an internet connection for its core synthesizer functionality.

4. Permissions and Device Access

O does not access contacts, photos, messages, location, microphone, camera or other sensitive personal data.

The current version does not require sensitive device permissions for its core musical functionality.

5. Third-Party Services / Google Play

O is purchased and downloaded through Google Play. Google independently processes information needed to provide its store, payment, app-delivery and security services under the Google Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play Terms of Service.

Mystagogy Studio does not directly receive or process the user’s payment-card information. Google Play’s platform-level processing is separate from the operation of O.

6. Data Sharing

Mystagogy Studio does not sell user data and does not share user data with advertisers.

Because the current version of O does not collect personal data through the app, Mystagogy Studio has no app-collected personal data to sell or share.

7. Children’s Privacy

O does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require accounts or sign-in, request personal details, contain advertising, or use analytics or tracking SDKs.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information directly to Mystagogy Studio in connection with O may contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy if the features or data practices of O change. Any revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
