Privacy Policy for Infinite Glitch, developed and published by Mystagogy Studio. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the application.

1. Personal Data Collection

Infinite Glitch does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information.

The app does not require users to create an account, register, or provide personal details.

2. MIDI Device Access

Infinite Glitch supports external MIDI controllers for music performance and sound control.

MIDI access is used only to receive MIDI messages from a connected controller, such as MIDI note messages, MIDI Control Change (CC) messages, and MIDI channel information.

MIDI information is processed locally on the user's device in real time.

Infinite Glitch does not transmit, store, or share MIDI data with Mystagogy Studio or third parties.

3. Audio Processing

Audio generated by Infinite Glitch is produced and processed locally on the user's device.

Infinite Glitch does not record, upload, transmit, or remotely store microphone audio or audio generated by the application.

4. Internet and Network Use

The core sound-generation, sequencing, and performance functions of Infinite Glitch operate locally on the user's device.

Infinite Glitch does not use network access to collect analytics, advertising identifiers, personal information, or user activity data.

5. Third-Party Services

Infinite Glitch does not intentionally integrate third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or social-media SDKs.

Distribution of Infinite Glitch through Google Play is subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.

6. Data Sharing

Mystagogy Studio does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal user data collected through Infinite Glitch because the application does not collect such data.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Infinite Glitch does not maintain user accounts or remotely stored personal information.

Because Mystagogy Studio does not collect or retain personal user data through Infinite Glitch, there is no remotely stored personal data associated with the application that requires deletion.

Users can remove locally stored application data through their Android device settings or by uninstalling Infinite Glitch.

8. Children's Privacy

Infinite Glitch is a music and sound-generation application and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

Infinite Glitch minimizes privacy risks by processing its primary audio and MIDI functions locally on the user's device and by not maintaining a remote database containing personal user information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the features or data practices of Infinite Glitch change.
