Privacy Policy for CREATURIA, developed and published by Mystagogy Studio. This page describes the current release of the application.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use CREATURIA, an Android application developed and published by Mystagogy Studio.

2. Accounts and personal information

CREATURIA does not require a user account and does not require a Mystagogy Studio account.

Mystagogy Studio does not collect personal information from users through the current release of CREATURIA.

3. Advertising, analytics and purchases

The current release of CREATURIA does not contain advertising.

The current release does not use analytics or tracking services and does not contain in-app purchases.

4. Device permissions

CREATURIA does not access the microphone, camera or device location.

CREATURIA does not require cloud storage for its operation.

5. MIDI and musical performance

CREATURIA supports external MIDI input for musical performance and control. MIDI input is received and processed locally by the application on the user's device.

CREATURIA does not upload users’ musical performances or MIDI data to Mystagogy Studio servers.

6. Local settings and storage

App settings and preferences, where applicable, remain locally on the user's device. This local information remains on the device until it is cleared through Android settings or the application is uninstalled, subject to any device backup settings controlled by the user or operating system.

Because CREATURIA does not use a Mystagogy Studio account or Mystagogy Studio cloud storage, Mystagogy Studio does not hold a remote user profile that must be deleted.

7. Third-party distribution

CREATURIA may be distributed through Google Play. Google may independently process information needed to provide Google Play, such as app delivery, security and store operation, under Google's own terms and privacy policy. These platform activities are not data collection by CREATURIA or Mystagogy Studio.

8. Children’s privacy

CREATURIA does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the application does not require accounts and does not collect personal information through its current release, it does not request personal details from children.

If a parent or guardian believes personal information has been provided directly to Mystagogy Studio in connection with CREATURIA, they may contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

9. Security

CREATURIA reduces privacy exposure by processing musical interaction and external MIDI input locally and by not maintaining user accounts or a remote database of users' musical performances.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if CREATURIA's features or data practices change. Any revision will be published on this page with a new Last updated date.
